Bassma is a registered psychotherapist and an approved supervisor with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a clinical fellow with the American/Ontario Association for Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a clinical member with the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
She has worked in several clinical settings as well as gained an extensive exposure to cross culture experience by living in different parts of the world.
Her emphasis is to work collaboratively with the client to match the issue and the client’s style using different approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Focusing, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative, all from a system’s approach.
